About Us
Many people will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time. Founded in 1985, Marcon is an established real estate company specializing in acquiring, developing, building and managing properties across Metro Vancouver. A focus on quality and craft is what the business was built on, giving us a trusted name in the construction community. These principles have remained a focus as we’ve expanded into the real estate development and operations space, managing our own projects from conception through to execution, completion, and more recently ongoing management. We have a commitment to providing elevated experiences at every touch point between our people, our buildings, and our communities. None of this is possible without a hardworking team, working together, to make it all happen.
Job Description
Marcon is seeking a Pavilion Concierge & Facilities Coordinator to deliver an exceptional guest experience and help keep TriCity Pavilion welcoming and well maintained. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and service providers, working closely with property management, maintenance, and marketing teams.
Through engaging conversations, thoughtful service, and small acts of kindness, you will bring the Pavilion concept and Marcon’s story to life. Your knowledge of the Tri-Cities and Marcon’s projects will help you connect with visitors, while strong relationships with the concierge team, food and beverage partners, and vendors will support smooth daily operations and Pavilion events.
Alongside guest service, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation throughout the Pavilion and surrounding visitor-facing areas. Daily walkthroughs, clear work-order reporting, and follow-through with the site team will help ensure maintenance and operational concerns are addressed. You will also support contractor access and vendor coordination, escalating guest, maintenance, or safety issues to the appropriate team.
The Opportunity
This role combines hospitality with practical facilities coordination. It is well suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people, notices the details that make a space feel cared for, and follows through when issues arise. You will contribute directly to how visitors experience the Pavilion, from their first welcome to the events and shared spaces they enjoy.
What You Bring
You bring 2+ years of experience in residential concierge services, hotel front desk, guest services, or a similar role. You have strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to remain composed in busy or high-pressure situations. You manage competing priorities with minimal supervision and exercise discretion and professionalism.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and mobile apps for reporting and communication, and familiar with digital building systems or property software, including access control. Familiarity with Yardi Maintenance IQ and emergency response training, such as First Aid, are assets. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events is required.
What We Offer
Marcon is committed to building an inclusive, inspired, and high-performance team culture where our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Passion, and Excellence guide how we show up every day. If you are at the top of your game or want to find an environment to push you to it and if you want to find like-minded teams that strive for innovation and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you! Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture.
