Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment.
- Support routers, switches, wireless access points, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Perform onsite network maintenance, hardware replacements, and break-fix services.
- Diagnose network connectivity issues and implement solutions.
- Complete assigned service tickets and submit reports with relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in network support, troubleshooting, and field engineering.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and TCP/IP.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to accept onsite dispatch assignments as needed.
Location: Surrey, British Columbia, Canada
Work Type: Freelance / On-Demand / Ticket-Based Dispatch
Important: This is not a full-time position. Work is assigned on a ticket-by-ticket basis depending on client requirements and your availability. There are no guaranteed working hours or monthly assignments.
