In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our TELUS business customers and sales team, helping businesses stay connected while keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Support Business Customers: Answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver remarkable customer service.
- Keep Sales Moving: Assist our sales team with orders, activations, billing, appointments, and account management.
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot wireless, internet, and business communication services.
- Manage the Details: Coordinate inventory, returns, repairs, and online customer accounts.
- Be a Team Player: Support walk-in customers, internal teams, and daily office operations.
What You Bring
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- The ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a busy environment.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or telecommunications is an asset.
- Familiarity with cloud and business communication solutions is a bonus!
