We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Project/Business Development Manager – Multi-Family to grow our multi-family business in British Columbia.
This role is focused on new business development and project sales. You’ll use your industry experience, existing relationships and knowledge of the multi-family market to identify opportunities, build connections with key decision-makers, and bring new projects and customers to All Weather.

You’re proactive, persistent and willing to pursue opportunities, even when it takes time and effort to get a foot in the door.
Compensation: $70,000 base salary plus commission, with the opportunity to earn $140,000+ in total annual compensation based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Project Sales
- Identify, pursue and secure new multi-family sales opportunities across British Columbia.
- Develop relationships with developers, builders, general contractors and other key industry contacts to generate new business.
- Leverage your industry knowledge and existing network to identify upcoming projects and get All Weather involved early in the process.

- Identify project requirements and recommend products and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Coordinate quotes, proposals and pricing to support competitive and profitable project sales.
- Present product options, communicate value and negotiate agreements to secure business.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through to project award.
- Track opportunities, maintain accurate customer and project records, and provide regular pipeline and sales forecasts.
Industry Relationships & Market Development
- Stay informed about upcoming developments, market activity and competitor offerings.
- Represent All Weather at industry events, trade shows and builder functions to build relationships and generate leads.
- Work with internal teams to support customer requirements and move projects forward.

- Proven experience in multi-family sales, project sales or business development within the construction, building products, windows and doors, or related industry.
- An established network of industry contacts, ideally including developers, builders, general contractors and other multi-family decision-makers.
- A track record of identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships and generating sales.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer needs with sales targets and profitability.
- Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects at different stages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or ERP systems to manage accounts, opportunities and forecasts.

We make premium products right here on home soil, designed and tested for Canada's harshest weather conditions, delivered with the promise of performance and style. Our purpose to Never Stop Building is a testament to the character of our people, because we’re always striving and always looking for fellow “builders”, just like you. We have people who’ve been with us for generations and we’re an open door to new comers, first timers and everyone in-between. We’re continuously working to build and promote an inclusive environment that attracts, celebrates and promotes diversity, equity and inclusion by every definition. Where everyone can bring their best and full selves to work, because what makes you different, makes all the difference to us.
The ability to make an impact.

We make a difference.
We’re honoured to have been recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies 14 years in a row. But, we also know that we’re far from perfect. We’re committed to positively impacting careers, lives and communities across Canada and proudly give back in four key areas; strengthening families, providing shelter, supporting education and, health and wellness. Over the years this has included charitable giving, partnerships, employee volunteerism and supporting families in need, but one thing never changes – we show up for the moments that matter. If you’re passionate about creating a positive impact too, we need your voice to help grow this proud cultural tradition, because our work here is never done.
